I just used this on a week and a half trip in Costa Rica during the rainy season. Sure, I got some funny looks and comments for having a mini umbrella attached to my camera in the rainforest, but it allowed me to keep shooting and keep the camera out at all times, even during downpours. So, if you don't mind looking a little silly :) I'd highly recommend it!
